What is the first site you visited? For me it was about.com. I still drop in onthe site once in a while plus I get their newsletter. Their current moderator is Laura Robusto. She is just great, a jolly, good natured person with vast experience and she has very respectable credentials. Not to mention she has about 8 kids. How do these people do it?

nurseweek.com. I used to visit it frequently, and then I noticed certain cliques that made it uncomfortable to be an outsider. They also had an occasional visitor who would irritate everyone. I LOVE allnurses. So much more professional. Easier to use and more sites! :)

Nursing Spectrum, they were giving away free T-shirts. Do u remember that fab 4?
I rarely go there now.
AllNurses is a thousand times better, easier to use, more information, posts with histories that are accessible, real
people, a sense of "community", or should I say "family"?
Reminds me of some dysfunctional families I know sometimes.
LOL
It's always changing and improving. It seems that the bigshots have our best interest at heart.
I've referred lots of nurses at work to this site. Just wrote the address to two new nurses on orientation this past week.
They seemed real pleased to receive the addresses.
What the hell do free t-shirts have to do with anything? It was the first site I found when I got my computer.
Crimeny!
Are you having a bad day?
It was a Loooooooonnnnng time ago.
I was simply asking if you were there then,
IF YOU REMEMBERED IT.

The naon board I think. Then the Springhouse one I forget what it's called. Then here and Christina's site at about the same time. I've only looked at Spectrum not joined.

First nursing site was RN Village at Nurseweek and then here.
I've been to nursespectrum and didn't see all that much. It was a short visit however so I'll go check it out again.
