vegatarian; desserts, appetizers, etc.

Call a caterer in the next town IMMEDIATELY!!
Have it delivered 2-3 hours before the guests arrive.
Transfer everything into your own bowls/platters.
Destroy the evidence!!
They'll never know!!!!!

Great idea for an appetizer : Bacon wrapped water chestnuts... sounded kind of nasty to me at first, but then I tried some my mom made... ohh heaven!!!
