I took general biology over summer semester last year, it was a seven week class. I worked M-F 8-430 and had class M-Th 5-9. It was hard but went SO fast! I ended up with an A in the class and plan to take another science pre-req this summer because I have found I excel in a fast paced high pressure class...never would've thought that! All depends on how you learn best!! Good luck :)
I did my anatomy and physiology 1 over the summer while working full time and it was totally worth it. It was tough, but it moves so fast, it's almost easier...just my experience. I got an A and i felt like i retained the information better because i was fully immersed in the material. for 8 weeks i ate, drank, slept and breathed A+P. I highly recommend knocking things out over the summer.
I'm doing A&P 1 over the summer; first 5 week session, and A&P 2 second 5 week session. My classes are Monday-Thursday 10:30am-3:30pm. I also work full time. My boss is kindly enough to let me come in at 6, leave to go to class, and come back to close after class. It's going to be rough, but I have no choice. EEEEEK! :/

My last pre-req before I can put in my nursing application is General Biology. I was thinking about taking it over the summer, but I also work 40 hours a week, so I'd have to do the lecture online and labs on campus. Anyone else do this?
