Hello everyone, I did not see a post for the fall 2014 semester, so I wanted to get it started. I applied to the 2014 summer semester and now I am waiting on my acceptance or denial letter. I am starting this forum just in case i do not get in for the summer. My total score right now is 169.96. I have 97 points for my classes and 72.96 points from the NAT. I am currently taking statistics and humanities, in hope of getting an A in both of them to boost my score up to 178.96. I made a C in A&P 1, my first humanities class and PSY1012. I also made a B in college algebra and that is what got my score down so low. I hope that the low cut off score trend continues to give me a good chance of getting in. The last 3 semesters were 175.96, 187 and 187. I am preparing to retake the NAT in late May to be in time for the June 1st deadline with plenty of time to study for the NAT. I look forward to meeting you all, and hear how things are going for you, so we can encourage and support one another.
what about UF Health? Is that one of the clinical sites?
I don't recall seeing UF health..but to add to the previous list, I am currently doing mine at Orange Park Hospital. Night and weekends only had Baptist Nassau and OP to choose from. But this changes every semester. Daytime has more options.
Kinda silly question, but there's no dress code for orientation is there? Just business casual?
I'm stressing. Tomorrow is my only day off next week so I have to make sure I get all my things done tomorrow. LabCorp hasn't sent me my registration number yet for my drug test. It was suppose to be recieved within 24 hours and I made the appointment on Friday. I can't get the test done without that registration number.... -___- I'm calling them first thing tomorrow morning. I'm sure I will feel much better after tomorrow when I get things done.

Just casual...business casual is fine too. I remember several people being there in jeans, etc. Just make sure you're comfortable.
Now that you have a group Facebook page, I would recommend exclusively using that. You that you will likely get a faster response on Facebook as many more people are on there from terms ahead of you than on this site. And it's a lot easier to track responses to questions, etc. If you don't have a Facebook account I would highly suggest making one, even if it's just for school - many useful documents, study tips, and hints from other terms are posted there and it's an invaluable resource. Just my thoughts...

I wore jeans. You sit in the auditorium, listen to a bunch of different people speak, pick your section and leave. There isn't much interaction directly with the professors or anything. So no need to dress your best to impress ;-)

Check your junk mail for the LabCorp email. I had the same problem and then I found it in my junk mail and seen they had actually sent it not too long after I paid for it.

Skills Kit- later you will get an email to purchase it and it gets sent to the school.
I just turned in whatever they gave me back at the drug testing place. I didn't have a carbon copy.
(MAKE COPES OF ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING) And if it doesn't specifically as for originals, don't give them the original.
I got my titer testing done a physicians office because you have to get a physical anyways. So titers, physical and TB testing can all be done in one shot. Carespot does it too i've heard.
If anyone needs to get into a new physicans office quickly, i have i OP. I hadn't seen my primary care in a long time, so they wanted to set up a reinstatement kind of appointment and wouldn't schedule me for a few weeks.
I was able to get into this office on the same day and get all of my stuff done through them. My insurance covered some of it. And i needed a Hep B shot, and was able to get my first one through them.
