Okay here we are!!!!!!

Anyone from N/W? I have a quick question about the degree audit.

I'm in section 14 and I want to make sure that its Aug 30th @ 1:30pm thru 2:30pm.

Hi there, and congratulations on your acceptance! I, too, and a N/W person, so I guess we will be getting to know each other well!

To answer your question, yes, the degree audit is that Monday (30th) from 1:30 - 2:30pm. Then we have to be back at the campus for our first class at 6:00pm (instead of the first tests like in previous terms).

Congratulations to everyone who recently got a call to join our merry bunch!!! :yeah:

I know I am late in the game, but after 3 tries applying I finally got the phone call from Mrs.****** *****today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Can't wait!!So excited and so scared.

I am sorry for posting names.

I guess I will be sending my dosage calc book back then and getting the other things I need. Thanks for the heads up. I printed what I needed from the nursing tutor but didn't actually read over it yet. I have been so busy. My baby is starting kindergarten Monday.

Oh yeah, and by the way, what was up with Ms. *, "not being with us anymore." Ms. * kept saying that at orientation. Did she die or quit? I'm so curious

Along those same lines, what is the story with Sections 9 and 10? Several times, the names of the instructors - I think it was the instructors - were said and then it was said, "people in those sections - you know who you are". What is the story with Sections 9 and 10?

I have never used my computer on campus before. Is wireless available everywhere on North Campus like outside and in the classrooms? Or only in certain areas like the library or computer lab?

I don't know, but I used one computer lab with internet slower than dial up. I hope the wireless and other labs aren't that way. =/

Is the iClicker needed for only Term I? Or will it be used in Terms II, III or IV?

You will need it for the whole course[terms 1 - 4] (although we didn't use it for some of the classes). You will also need it during the HESI - exit/NCLEX-RN review class.

Thanks! You were very helpful. That means I won't be renting it. :)

i was wondering that too! i'm so nosy lol

A friend of mine who is in that group said it was a program for those who were part of a grant program for students that were underrepresented in the Nursing field. They have been together through some of the prerequisites. Don't know much more than that... Maybe someone can explain it better.

Wondering if anyone lives in the Madarin area and is in Section 5 or Section 6...
