Okay. It's HIPAA, not HIPPA. Please, if you're going to cite it, know what you're citing.
(If you work in school nursing, you're under FERPA rules for health information. The medical practices you liaise with are still under HIPAA rules, which aren't identical, so you're navigating two sets of obstacles. Oh joy.)

FERPA is the HIPAA of education. Protecting student's privacy.
