Fox News Is Sued by Election Technology Company for Over $2.7 Billion
Good! There are opinions based on false information and there are facts! Trump and his sycophants at Fox Noise tried to blur the lines between lies and facts for too long. I hope this technology company prevails! There is 4 years and more of evidence... may more law suits come from others too!
Back in the day conservatives and liberals disagreed on policy or procedure but agreed on facts. Today's average conservative has been fed a steady stream of lies and misinformation (propaganda) for years. That lying escalated to monstrous proportions by this last election. The consequence of that design and plan has resulted in mass ignorance of facts and belief in obvious lies. The general Trump supporting conservative voting base doesn't appear capable of discerning fact from fiction at this moment in time. Maybe there's going to be some consequence for that intentional dishonesty. It might be too late. We may have allowed the radicalization of the terrorists who will collapse or republic to occur right in the middle of our bible belt.
Three days before the protest that turned into the riot, Fox News host Mark Levin told viewers, "If we don't fight on Jan. 6 on the floor of the Senate and the House — and that is the joint meeting of Congress on these electors — then we are done."

Do you think they should share in accountability for the violence?
I believe I must shall not bear false witness against my neighbor. this includes forbidding bribery, forgery, libel, slander. It encourages telling the truth and nothing but the truth. I will leave punishment up to law enforcement, elected lawmakers, and pray for those who have to decide.

We need to expand the notion of accountability for the Capitol attack
As the shock over the attack on our Capitol wears off, blinding fury takes its place. The risk is not that we overreact but that we underreact.
As a preliminary matter, we must reject the argument from defensive Republicans that their Big Lie about a fraudulent election is unrelated to the violence that ensued. Belief that the election was stolen was the driving force behind the mob on Jan. 6. And where did they get that idea from?
The 126 House members who signed a brief seeking to overthrow the election; the efforts from Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) and Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) to object to the electoral college votes (even after the violence); talk radio figures who reinforced the Big Lie; Fox News hosts who played along to stoke the fire; and Newsmax and One America News, home to the wildest election conspiracy theories...
