I am a student nurse and I have yet to have any children.

Question?? Is she just crazy or did Nursing make her crazy?

  :imbar

That is very strange. I wish my baby would have just "fell" out of me when I delivered. That almost seems unreal. What a weird lady.

Very strange woman! Must of been the hormones???? LOL.

I didn't see what kind of nurse she is/was in the article. I'd like to know if she really is/was a nurse or the media again playing on words of calling someone a nurse who really isn't. When that happens, it just makes us look bad. A 42y/o RN or LPN living in a motel 6 and having a baby on a train just doesn't make much since to me. And, how can you be a former nurse unless she let her license go? I'm just not buying into the idea that this woman was a nurse, sorry.

Maybe this woman has some mental problems, either that or maybe she was in shock. Someone, the elevator has stopped in between the floors!

Like I said abouthe SAME post on another thread, this is just too special.

I think that lady is a bit weird. But hopefully, all is good.

Were giving birth that easy........most of the time.

I am glad my first child didn't just fall out.....at 10lbs 14 1/2 oz......this would have made a NEW woman out of me!

DSS has custody of the 11yo and 15yo and the infant now so there is more to this story than meets the eye.

I checked her license status at the MA BON site and both her RN and LPN license expired in 2002. So she was an RN BSN for about 10 years. She must have fallen on some hard times. My husband used to take that commuter train-- I can imagine if he'd been there---there would have been 2 patients taken off the train!!!

 Bizarre.......

I am shocked at that hardknox. I called my husband in to read that article and we both felt she was a nursing assistant. That is really something. Thanks for looking that up.

She had other children, who are involved with DSS....Wanted to avoid DSS, I am certain....Might be a can of worms to open here...

Actually the article says DSS had no record of previous involvement.

I am betting on a bizarre reaction to the pregnancy hormones (and shock/surprise/adrenalin).

Sounds like she maybe bipolar or maybe have suffered a psycotic break. Obiviously something not quite right. Hopefully now she will get the help she obviously needs.

"Looking out the window".... Maybe the scenery was

better than the view of the blood & baby on the floor??!!! LOL

You'll have to excuse my Aussie sense of humour!

Poor bugger, hope she & baby will be ok.

WELCOME to our (CRAZY) world, baby!

Cheers,

Grace
