My Interview/orientation Is June 17 And I Have No Clue What To Wear... I Was Thinking Something Dresser But Idk Imma Have To Go Shopping Jeans Might Be Okay With A Nice Top I Have No Clue Im Goin To Ask Some Ppl That Have Already Been Through The Process What Everyone Wore

If you're not admitted to your program yet, and it includes an interview, dress up! You've got to distinguish yourself. I bought a new suit and I was VERY glad I did. I felt that I was the best dressed of those I saw, and if you feel "spectacular", you'll project "spectacular"!

I have an application deadline of May 12th- I put in my application AS SOON as I got word that I met all the requirements to apply. This included getting my transcript sent from my previous college. I had it sent the same day regular mail, my school said they did not get it. I went back and had it resent, overnight delivery, and I havn't heard back from my school about whether they have it or not. It's been a week, two emails, and a phone call later, and I'm starting to worry. Plus, I've spent $27 that I really don't have to have those transcripts sent.

I have an application deadline of May 12th

AHHH May 12th!!! I start my nursing school that day!!! We had orientation today and it basically just stressed me out~ haha! I'm in an Accelerated BSN program, so everything is gonna happen so quickly! We'll be doing med injections by the third week already...crrrrrazy. Time is going to fly by I'm sure. Congrats to all who got in !!!!!! My acceptance information basically just said congrats you made it. When I called to accept the spot I was told more information would be sent in about a week once everyone accepted, and any spots filled by alternates. Anyway, its been about 2 weeks and I am going I crazy. I know we won't start until Aug, but I want to get started, and I want more info now lol.

I do know we will have success camp for about 3 days in a row at the end of July/beginning of Aug. I plan to wear casual, but nice clothes. I was thinking maybe some capri's one day, and maybe some longer walking shorts another.

I got in!!!!! The assistant to the Dir. of Nursing called me today at work. I was in the middle of applying highlights to my client at the salon. I almost spilled the color over. I am sooooo happy. The whole salon went crazy. Everyone knows what this means to me. I'll have orientation in July, I start in the fall. I can't beleive it. The woman who called me is the same person I talked to two years ago when I started my first class. Harcum was the first school I called and got information on. This is such a shot in the arm for me.

To everyone still waiting, stay strong, diligent, and good luck. It will happen. If you all only knew my story, you would know that if it happened for me, it can happen for anyone. My friend applied for UC Berkeley for Business with a 4.0 GPA as a transfer from CC. All As, nothing lower than that, and she got rejected.

AWWWWW YaY! I knew you'd get in! :) Sounds like a great reason to go out and celebrate! It feels awesome, doesn't it?! Good for you. Enjoy your summer! I start my program on Monday and we already have homework due that day lol. But, it will be sooo worth it in the end! Keep us all updated as school approaches and you start.
