I have applied for the program for the fall of 2010, but I will not hear back until june or july. Anyone else on here applying???

Hey whats up?? So i see you posted on my post of me awaiting my acceptance/rejection letter. I am applying to the Santa Fe nursing program as well. Ugh the wait is starting to bother me even more everyday. So you hear that they had 300 applicants this year? And I called the health science office and they told me that they would not be taking as many as last year...sucks. Just curious...how many points did you have? I got 85. Not much, but am hoping the cut-off of points won't be anymore than that. And what did you think of the evolve/reach exam? I thought it was really easy but I know some people who thought it was really hard. Well anyway....GOOD LUCK TO YOU! Hopefully we'll both be in the program soon!:D

It's literally killing me! lol I need to know like NOW. I don't want to wait 3 more weeks. I did hear there were 300 applicants, but I did not know they were taking less people than last year. I believe I had either 74 or 78 points, I am not sure. I thought the EVOLVE/REACH exam was very easy. I got 94% on both sections. Good luck to you too and hopefully we both make it! Write back on here and let me know as soon as you get your letter so I know mine is coming! lol

Yeah I got mine on Saturday as well an got in. I had 74 points.

I'm so anxious to fid out. I have a ?

I was trying to see if I was able to change my degree/major on esantafe..(I figured it would let me if I got in..?) Well I did it and it asked for a signature from myself and someone in the health department. Could this mean I got in?? Or can you guys automatically register for the classes you need? I tried doing this on the radiology as well to see if it needed a signature, but it just said that we had to be approved before applying.

Prepneck89, to change your major you need the signature of a health advisor. When I changed my major to nursing last year, esanta fe asked for the signature. It does not mean you got into the program, but just that you need approval from them to switch majors. Check the mail tomorrow and let us know if you got the BIG news! Am crossing my fingers for you :)
