Didn't see this topic posted, so posting now! Trying to see who's applying for FIU's CRNA program since the application window is opening soon!

How long did it take everyone to get a confirmation email with your interview date? I submitted my preference on Monday and haven't received confirmation yet.

I got my confirmation the same day... To a different email though (my main email, I used a new one for applications just so I don't miss anything). So double check any additional emails you have, and your spam of course

I received an e-mail on the 21st stating they would send out another e-mail on the 24th with your interview time. I submitted my preference on the 21st

For my email I quoted exactly what it said, I've attached a screenshot so you can review it, I wouldn't get too upset yet. They could easily still send out another wave. Most of everyone got their interview emails April 17th. I didn't get mine till yesterday

My email says the same thing as that screenshot and I received an email confirmation the same day as my invitation about 5 hours after. If you haven't received just follow up today, before the weekend starts.

Obtain CCRN

 

And I do have my CCRN... So I don't know at this point.

I also got the email. Im not sure if everyones email was the same but this is what mine included:

Ways to Improve/Strengthen your Application:

Obtain CCRN (which I have)

Retake Science courses below to improve Science GPA:

Pathophysiology

Microbiology

Anatomy and Physiology I

Anatomy and Physiology II

Health Assessment

Chemistry (retook orgo in 2022)

Statistics (retook adv stats in 2022)

 

IDK what else to do. My GPA is 3.5 science was 3.3 , 6 years ICU experience, previous paramedic. Charge, committees, preceptor. IDK what else to do...but to the drawing board I go. Best of luck to you all!

That's VERY odd you didn't get an interview.
