Hi everyone!
This site has been very helpful for me while I worked on my application, therefore, I wanted to start a thread on the applicants for FIU’s fall 2020 AO BSN program. It may be a little early right now, but I would love to speak to anyone who has applied or planning to. ?
I took it! I think it's different for everyone. The platform itself is easy to navigate/use. I recommend testing your internet connection speed before! I lost connection mid exam but their technical support line was easy to get through. They include the phone number in the PDF MDC sends when confirming your exam. They ask you to scan the room, scan your ID & test your mic & webcam. It's all through the ATI website - it links you to a proctor.

Do you think an 89.3 TEAS could make up for a low GPA (3.165)? I saw that the average GPA last year was pretty high..
I think an 89.3 is really good!! Is that your overall GPA or your pre-req GPA? If thats your pre-req then it doesnt meet the requirement (I also believe the average GPA is 3.6 per FIU). But If not then you should be fine. I have similar stats and im not as worried.
@NicNurse216 I think we should hear back by the ned of august or early September. I saw in the previous post they heard back literally the end of august.

3.6 - Pre-requisite GPA
85% on TEAS - 75% on science portion
60 seats for accelerated (150-180 applicants)
Awesome thanks for the info.
Meanwhile, has anyone heard back?? Has anyone reached out to find out when acceptances will be sent out?
