  1. Makes sense. When I asked a recruiter, they emphasized this along with contingency on years of nursing experience.
  2. Thank you for sharing. It seems that baptist is a bit on the lower end compared to HCA ($32 w/o differential) and Sinai ($31 w/o differential)... Any idea of (UM or Jackson)?
  3. Hi, I also applied to this. Waiting to hear back. Has anyone reached out to you yet? I'm not sure what they're starting pay is but I do know some new grads are being placed in high critical areas if requested.
  4. Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone is part of this program and if they could share insight on their experience? Please feel free to share your experience as well if you are currently a staff nurse at the University of Miami Hospital but not part of the residency program.
  5. I took it! I think it's different for everyone. The platform itself is easy to navigate/use. I recommend testing your internet connection speed before! I lost connection mid exam but their technical support line was easy to get through. They include the phone number in the PDF MDC sends when confirming your exam. They ask you to scan the room, scan your ID & test your mic & webcam. It's all through the ATI website - it links you to a proctor.
  6. Hi there, Does anyone have an idea of what's the average TEAS score for the entering class? I'm aware the minimum is 70% overall and 60% science..Just want to have an idea as to what's considered "competitive" Thanks!
