Tell Me What Everyone's Take On The Last Questions..... I Took Nclex-rn Today...265 Questions (of Course). But I Have Been Told Anwser The Last Question Right. If It Is Wrong You Fail. Well, I THINK I Awnsered It Wrong! Anyone Else Had A Wrong Last Questions And Still Pass?????? Ahhhhh!! Please Pray!
oh my golly! i took my nclex exam today and it was horrible (for me). i thought my computer would shut off at 75 just like what it did from my 3 previous exams, but it went all the way around 160. i had tons of prioritizations, medicines, infections, assignments, 4 med calculations, and 4 select all that apply. is this a good or bad sign? geez, i can't wait to see my result.
Hi yall I had all 265 ques again for 3rd time uugh,1st time75, 2nd time 265 uugh and today Oct 19!! I can say alot infection, priority, 3 pharm, 4 math, everything else is a blank right now. Alot of the ques I did know of the top from just looking by using Suzanne plan helped. Some did not make sense but I eliminated all the ones I knew were'nt the answer and chose the best one. All in all it was not bad. Thanks for all the support. Mrs. Matilda RN. I happy that it is over halleluh. A special thanks to God for keeping me calm throughout the test:balloons: keep praying now it is in GOD and sit and wait 48 hr .
congrats!!!! how was your exam questions? hope you can share with us your experience
my exam questions, to me, started out on the difficult side. i had over 200 questions. it was just hard for me to get my rhythm. once i did, and realized there wasn't much i could do for my pounding migraine, i decided to hang in there and then, somehow, the answers came quicker and easier for me. i think it was just the thought of finally taking the mysterious nclex had me going at the beginning!
as i mentioned in other posts, i feel kaplan's program was very helpful only if you know content. the test is exactly what is means: you are being tested about your knowledge of your role as an rn-to perform safely and with the background knowledge of knowing what you're doing!
i honestly can't tell you what the questions were specifically, but i did have a pretty even sprinkling of everything-from meds, math, peds, maternity, various disorders, priority, psych, infection control, etc. the answers were not jumping out at me---some were very subtle. this means you need to know your content well. what i mean is, not in fine detail, but know and understand concepts ie, diet for ulcerative colitis, what teaching with pyridium, which ped pt. to see first given 4 with serious illnesses, etc.
hope this helps.
keep studying, reviewing, learning. i tell you, it's worth the title!
the very best to all nclex-rn takers!
