hello dont kno if this will help you any, but according to maslow's safety is # 2. Maslow's # 1 is air, food, shelter. sleep etc.... so that is why you would give the dude food... in the question is states that he is malnourished... (but in reality, can you give him food if he is in harm's way? u would want to remove him 1st right? but u live in the nclex world.. dont fight! i learned that the hard way!) i remembered being drilled in nursing skool too.. safety 1st.. but in the nclex world... it really depends on the situation, and what choices you ave to choose from.. its weird but once you can undertsand that.. it all gravy! good luck!

help!! Just Had A Question Re: Math On Nclex... i'm Doing Pharm/math Calculations, In School They Taught Us To Round Up... Wasnt Sure If Nclex Wants That Too? when Doing Practice Questions.. Most Answers Are To The 1st Decimal Place... Is It The Same For Nclex? can Anyone Help Me Find Out The Answer To This? Thx In Advance!

i have used it and i like it.. i would suggest the 3 wk course ($49).. if ur consistent and dedicated and u have the time... ull complete it within days... but everyone is different. really its wut u take from wutever review u do.. everyone has their own opinions, but i really like the review.... it's good for knowledge and critical thinking.. simple and straight forward... kinda subconciously guided me to choosing the correct answer... i took kaplan last july and didnt pass... but i think that kaplan has good critical thinking (harder questions) and closest to nclex type questions. i think the qbank is good though! they are both good and i kno ppl that have utilized ncsbn alone and passed! goodluck!

thx for letting us kno how u utilized kaplan! i have also been using the qbank and have found it to be very helpful w critical thinking... i have been mult questions in each category until i my scores and knowledge and reasoning has gotten much better... i kno why im picking the answers that i pick and how to read the questions... im hopeful that it will help me to pass my exam too! yikes! did u think that the pharm question helped u with the exam? thx in advance and congrats
