I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to study for the first semester final test (fundamentals)? Which is comprehensive! Im really nervous and not sure how to? We have our 5th test monday (tomorrow) and final wednesday. So I have about a day to prepare for the final. Tips would be appreciated!

I would say try to hit all the major topics and points. If you received a syllabus with the topics I would definitely know the general aspects and depending on how in depth your professor went into in class spend more time on that. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I would think back to what topics were on your previous tests, that should give you a good idea of what to study. Then reread some textbook chapters, powerpoints, notes, etc.

Do you guys use ATI? I think I just looked through the ATI book, which is like an outline of all the material.
Other people gave good advice. I like to finish my studying by doing lots of practice questions and reading rationales. Use your textbook ones if they're any good. We had the Perry & Potter book, and the questions on the Evolve website helped somewhat.
Might be a little later in the game, but I bought lots of NCLEX question books, Davis Success series, Saunders, Lippincott's Q&A. Doing more questions makes me more confident that they won't be able to trick me. You should maybe think about question books to help your study next semester.
Review your weak points. Do you have access to your old tests? Look up areas where you had trouble and strengthen there, and then I'd do practice questions to reinforce it.
Thanks guys. No we do not have access to our old tests But we do have ATI, we just took a ATI test the other day. I have books that have comprehensive tests in the back of them over the whole fundamentals. I think im going to do that and go over weak points. Thanks!
