AMBULATORY SURGERY NURSE:

When parents of a child (post tonsillectomy) picks up the chart and reads pt SOB and demands you are fired on the spot. Bonus: discharge instructions tell parents to f/u.. One of many reasons why patients an parents should never read a chart without an interpreter present
