Try not to focus on what you can't change. I'm 36 and totally starting over! It will be ok, in the long run one semester won't make ANY difference in the grand scheme of your life. It will be OK!! I like the advice RE online- also some do labs "online" buy your purchasing labpaq and doing labs on your own. Just a thought! Don't worry, you'll get there!
Don't feel bad, your still young and one semester is not that bad. I will be 39 in January and I'm starting all over. Take them online, that is what I'm going to do, being that I work full time and have two daughters (16, and 12) and a single parent. You will do good and you will achieve.. Stay focus and enroll in online classes..:icon_hug:
Don't feel down. When one door closes another one opens. When I decided to go to nursing school in California, everything that could happened did. Car would overheat, family dysfunction, had a new job that was 1 hour and 4 freeways away and after so many tries to get into different nursing programs I got declined for every one but I didn't let it stop me. I ended up stopping and slowing down and rearranging my life before I run out of the door screaming. Now I live on the east coast, zero problems and a VERY decent vehicle. So just keep your head up and there's no deadline to becoming a nurse. Colleges and nursing programs will still be there waiting for you. Yes, nursing pays well and has job stability and cool discounts on scrubs but there's no need to be discouraged due to relocation have it ruin your dream. But my only advice for online schools is to do your research and make sure they are accredited. Good luck and happy nursing!

I had to withdraw from my classes this semester. My bf and I are moving and it will be too far for me to commute to school AND work. Which means I am putting off the science prereq's for another semester.
I know that a semester isn't very long for some people, but I am in my late 20's and feel like this is going to take me forever. I feel like giving up and I haven't even started.
