I took my CA boards for RN on March 6 and found out I passed on March 12 on the website. I had 75 questions. Yippee, I am now officially an RN. Good luck to everyone!

:nurse: Just found out that I am officially an RN. I took my boards on March 6 and just found out that I passed. YEAH ME!!! I start my job on Monday, the 16th. Thanks to Suzanne :bow:. I wish those who have yet to take the boards the best!!! You can do it.

I checked the quick results today and ... I PASSED... I'M A REGISTERED NURSE! :yeah::nurse:

YEAH. I TOOK THE NCLEX RN LAST MARC 3 AND MADE IT WITH 75 QUESTIONS ONLY.

I took my boards March 2nd and found out on March 3rd, that I passed. I had 75 questions. It took me 1 & 1/2 hours. The test wasn't hard. I felt, the questions I got in school and Kaplan's questions was harder than the boards. Good to everyone

hi everyone, how was your exams? hope u can share also what you did to pass, some tips would be a great help here.. anyway before i was planning to take by march but since i do suzzanes tip i rescheduled it. and maybe i would take it may 2009 or june2009. i got major decision i made in life so i am planning to take it in the country ive applied for nclex or bon.. i will keep u posted..

Which study materials are good for nclex and basically hw many hours of study does one have to do???Can anyone tell me what did suzzanes plan involve i have heard a lot of success rates with it before.............

I just finished my nursing school program :up: and now face the NCLEX. I have read so many threads and am trying to begin to prepare for the exam.

I am very disappointed about Suzannes' plan being unavailable.:cry: I would appreciate any advice that would help me prepare for the NCLEX.

I have used allnurses board as a resource the last 2 years I appreciate all the support and your expertise.

hello everyone,

my name is diane and i am taking my nclex-rn in february 2010 too!! i work full time and am studying by listening to fuer's review on my mp3 and answering questions upon completion of a segment e.g peds. good luck to all of you and god bless us all!

the nurse must reality test the pt. e.g i know u r hearing voices that r causing you gr* anxiety i cannot hear them. try to focus on my voice and the conversation we are having. pt's are more apt to hearing voices when they r stressed or alone. do not try to argue with the pt's delusion it's not theraphutic nor correct on the board.

remember catatonic szco pts can hear and see everything even tho they r mute and non responsive. nurse must talk to pt as if a&o x3.
