I just wanted to let everyone know that i called the nursing department last week and the lady said that the letters had not been mailed out and that it would probably be the 3rd or 4th week in march!(I've still been checking my mail everyday though just in case)

i was reading some threads from last year and they got there letters in feb. and had orientation like the first week in april. I feel like we are not going to have much time to get everything done!

That is my fear too. I have been pretty good about not letting this get to me, but I am starting to go crazy myself, lol. :selfbonk:

smash116...yeah, I called FCCJ on the 4th (I had to look it up in my notes LOL) and the woman told me they were planning to mail them the 3rd week in March. So she told you 3rd or 4th week? Ugh...guess it's taking longer than they planned? Either that or they're waiting for new logo stuff to mail?

thats a good point... I totally forgot they changed the name of the school. Atleast we know it will either be this week or next!

Well, they changed the name and when it happened I thought that this was the reason for the delay, but I don't think that's affecting their mailings. The name has to be approved by the board, so that's why the website and other things still say FCCJ instead of FSCJ. Something else is holding them up. Maybe it's just such a tough decision as so many persons have really high points.

I dont know, maybe they had more people than average apply this time so its taking longer to go through all the apps.( or maybe they are just trying to drive all of us insane)

UGh I am mad for you guys!! I think it is completely ridiculous...I took the whole month to get everything done (even though you can get it done in a day) but with a two-year-old that is pretty much impossible. Plus dosage calc and all that jazz, but I think they are doing it differently than they did for us because my friend is in term I now and I am pretty sure she did her dosage, med term, and IV calc waaay after we did ours. They might be waiting til they let all the sites you have to get your stuff done at situated with the new name. I am sure you guys will have different patches on your uniforms and all those little things. I don't think the lack of a director should influence the timing because I am pretty sure Ms. James handles your apps. I am gonna be a buddy for you guys (I was suppose to be one for the current first termers but could not get a sitter) buttt I cannot wait!! =) So that is one thing positive. I have a test on Monday so I will be on the look out for a mail man carrying boxes of packets/letters! =)
