You know, OldDude, when someone posts something that I want to have fun with, I let my mind go wherever it will take me.

Your post took me to my oldest drawing journal dated 1977:

I'd like to show you all all how to edit and post an image.

For example, the OldDude copied an entire post

and probably wanted to respond to only this portion of the image:

The image can be edited by going to the Paint program:

First, save the image you want to edit to one of your files. For example, the image the OldDude copied was named "farawyn rescue".

Next, go to the Paint program.

The Paint program is usually shown on your desktop as an icon like this:

If the icon is not on your desktop, put "Paint" into your computer's search and it should pop up. Move the icon to your desktop and click on it to open the program.

Go to "Paste" on the toolbar, click on it and it will show a drop down. Click on the "paste from" and it will show different files on your computer. Go to the file where "farawyn rescue" was saved and click on it. The image will appear on the Paint program screen:

Next, got the "Select" on the toolbar. Click on it and another drop down will appear. Choose the top choice "Rectangular section" and click the rectangular section over the portion of the image you wish to copy. For example, I clicked the rectangular section over the "What will Farawyn do next" portion of the image.

Then go to the "File" on the toolbar, click on it, and choose "save as". This will bring up the files on your computer. Name the new file or just keep it as "farawyn rescue" and save it.

Now all you need to post the image is to go to the "insert image" on the allnurses posting screen, click on it, choose "choose file", find "farawyn rescue" and upload the image, add your text, and you're all done!

Wasn't that easy, boys and girls?!

I had a rather busy weekend at work, so all my synapses aren't firing, and the only cartoons that I could come up with weren't what you'd call "appropriate".

So, I need to ask, what is "the good soap"?
