I am a ut houston hopeful applying for the pacesetter and traditional programs for fall 2011! I will be done with my pre-req's: engl 1302 and hist 1302 this spring 2011. I plan on taking the hesi the beginning of December since the deadline for ut-houston has been changed to Jan 15. 2011. I wish everybody good luck as were getting down to the wire!!1 Anyone else out there?

I just received an email saying they were unable to give me an offer of admission, but they did say that I was put on the waitlist...what exactly does this mean for me? Has anyone else been waitlisted and gotten in? What are my chances?

Aubrey, I would call the school to find out. My best guess is that they've filled all their spots, but that if someone declines acceptance or otherwise can't start the semester, they will start offering spots off of the wait-list. Since you don't know your position on the wait-list, you may get called first, or not at all. If you read prior threads, I do believe people on the wait-list have gained full admittance. The school will be able to give you more information. Good luck!

Same and same! I am so excited to start school and meet all of you all. I am glad I am not the only one unable to find the FB page. Will someone please post the full, written out name of the FB page? Thanks!

Even though I got the admission email, I am still in disbelief! Congrats to everyone who got in, and to those who didn't- "never, never, never give up!" (Churchill). Hopefully we will run into you starting Spring 2012!
