Hey guys 💜 just wanted to open a thread for Fall 2018 applicants at Tarrant County College ADN program! I know application cycle isn't open for about another month but I saw a few comments on the Spring 17 thread and thought we could have our own thread already!
I'm applying with the following:
A&P I: B
A&P II: A
Micro: A
HESI: 94.5
I can't wait to "meet" some of you on here and I've got my fingers crossed for all of us!
Hey fast track peeps, did anyone else get an email this morning about when orientation is like I did? I thought it was strange cause it says they are still in the process of selection but they wanted to let us know when the orientation is and that it's "highly recommended" that we attend.
I applied for the Fall session as well, I'm not super hopeful as I have two B's and a C in the science courses (89.5 HESI). But I figured the work was done and worst case scenario they don't take me and I retake A&P2 like I had already planned. Does anyone happen to know how many applied?

The time is absolutely crawling by haha! I'm trying to stay busy with work and brushing up on my anatomy, I feel like I've forgotten a lot since a&p. And of course picking out school supplies on Amazon lol. Hurry up April!
The more I try to stay busy the more I drive myself crazy when I do have any downtime. I wish I had this cool, calm, collected attitude about this whole process but I feel like this has been a long time coming and I'm so ready for this next step. Some days I'm chill, telling myself it's God timing, but other days I question if I did enough to get in! Boy let me tell you about my patience! I put my app in Feb so I feel like I've been waiting forever lol 20 more days at the most!

I agree with you hbb, it's been a long road to get to this point!! It's all gonna be worth it in the end though. Three weeks is a drop in the bucket (at least that's what I tell myself each morning lol!)
