As far as uniforms go, I would definitely buy at LEAST one set. I guarantee you will need to wear them at least once, even if it is online. Maybe buy 1 for now and wait to buy more until you find out more information! ?

Hi! First, thanks for all of the information you have been providing. It is SO appreciated. Can I ask you a question about badges? There are so many options for us to purchase: 1 badge, 2 badges, 1 badge with a Level 1 card, 1 badge with 4 level cards, 2 badges with level card(s).....do you have a suggestion? Should we just be buying all 4 levels to save some money?

Hi! Yes! I recommend buying at least one set of all 4 levels. You just CANNOT lose them! You MUST wear your badge to the hospital, if you forget it at home you will be sent home!! It’s very strict. Some people bought multiple sets to keep in the car and at home, it’s up to you!

I highly recommend this place if you need to get your CPR Certification! I paid $49

It is NOT an online course!

I assume you took the course with this company? If you did, they require a book to be purchased, do you know which book? The website they tell you to go to isn't helpful, and when I emailed them to ask, they told me Amazon, but don't tell me which book. DO you happen to know?

Yes! I got my Certification in that place. The instructor recommended the class to buy the book, but it was optional.

The name of my instructor is ___________. This is her phone number _______________ You can send her a text message! She is amazing!

Hi everyone. Congratulations to all those who are getting their acceptance letters! It's an exciting time. I just finished the program in May (Dale Mabry Campus - afternoon cohort) and took my NCLEX this last week. I'm ready to clean off my bookshelves! When I started the program, they were just starting with the new Pearson textbooks, so I think the books I have will still be current for you guys. I know they are super expensive brand new, so before I put them up on Amazon for sale, I thought I would wait to see if anyone starting the program might be interested in buying them. I also have badge level tags, some uniforms and other books the professors required which I'll be happy to include in a package. My uniforms are all in very good condition. Might be a bit early to jump in on that stuff, but keep it in mind.

Also, if you have questions or any need for help navigating the next steps I might be able to help. Don't hesitate to ask!

Congratulations again -- It's a crazy ride and a lot of hard work, but the program prepares you well!

Hey! I started the program in Spring and we had just switched to the company Elsevier rather than Pearson. So I’m not sure what company they will be using for fall 2020! But congratulations on finishing!! ?I wish you the best of luck!!

If you guys are using what we used last semester, then unfortunately none of those are the same. We used a different company, Elsevier!

I'm so glad someone asked. When I opened it, it automatically had volunteer checked. So I thought I should just leave it. Also, above that, it was already filled in, Hillsborough Community College and the year 2019.....I figured I was supposed to leave that as well.....maybe someone else knows.

Was it also prepoulated with Hillsborough Community College 2019 at the top of the info we fill out for you too?

Just checking, are you submitting it with that date as the prepopulated date? Or are you changing it before submitting?

I left the date as is. I figured, if they prepopulated it, they must have meant to do that.

Thanks! I’m about to send all that stuff in. Have you sent the first part in yet (acceptance, waiver, and drug testing receipt)?

What is everyone doing about insurance? I have Medicaid- but under medically needy. Would I need to purchase short term insurance?
