Hi, I will be applying to hcc for fall 2020. My stats are:

overall gpa- 3.35

pre req gpa-3.5

teas- 75%

Do I have a chance of getting into the program for the fall term?

Thank you guys I will keep calling! hopefully they don't fill up so I can get it done in time for the deadline!

When I called earlier, the earliest date/time they had for an appt. was July 6th at 1:15. So I definitely know their appt. slots are filling up quickly

Yes they are, I finally got a hold of them and the earliest they have now is on the 8th! Thats the last day of the deadline, they did mention that health sciences sent out too many acceptances at once so even if you don't get an appointment by the deadline not to worry. But I would just encourage everyone who hasn't made an appointment yet to make one as soon as possible today!

Is anyone else having an issue buying the scrubs? It was fine adding them into the cart, but when I try to go to "secure checkout," it won't load/go into the checkout window. I tried it on firefox and safari, and it's just not working for me ?

Hey guys,

I scheduled my physical, Tb, and immunization at USF health in early July. I realized that I scheduled it on orientation day and tried to reschedule. The one helping me said that they would have called to reschedule anyways because they’re pushing physicals off to August due to Covid. They’re trying to reschedule everyone who need a physical. I was able to change my immunization and Tb screening sooner- but my physical won’t be until the 4th (the earliest appointment they’re allowed to do physicals again). I know all facilities are different (I’m actually about to look around to see if cvs or Walgreens would be able to do it before any place else adopts the same rule), but I would call and check with your doctor to make sure they haven’t changed anything if you’re still needing a physical. I hope I’m the only one. I’m also emailing health science department to let them know later this afternoon. I hope this helps someone out there and they don’t have appointments cancelled last minute because of Covid

If you need to get your titers, you can go at the Health Department tomorrow at 7:30 am without an appointment!

Not today, but I purchased mine on Saturday without any hiccups. I was about to log on and add more to my cart

Guys, I got this info from one of our sis, and she wanted to share it with the group!!

If you need to get your physical exam, you can go to this place! It is walk-in, but make sure you go there very early!
