2019 Fall Enrollment for Nursing (Hillsborough Community College)

i am starting to worry mine was lost somehow, would you guys mind sharing your last name initials; those who do show something on webadvisor already ? lol

i know if I look under Tests it shows my TEAS score, and if I do a degree audit all my prerequisites are posted.

So I'm trying not to worry about it at this point

@yrosabal my last name initial is J and got the update in my documents this Tuesday.

Anyway I read comments for Fall 2017 applicants said that there were more than 400 applicants for that semester and they only accept 150. ? its making me nervous. I hope there is less than 150 applicants this fall this year. ?

They will not answer any questions regarding to the application after May 15th. Its stated on the application form, but you can still try. All we can do is to wait, and its not easy! ?

I just wish they would at least confirm they have the application, specially if you included a post card and nothing is showing received under webadvisor. i dont mind the wait to know if i was accepted or not just want to know if they got it ! not asking for much lol

I think they’re going to take a while to update teas and prerequisites. I applied 2 semesters ago and it took a long time. Last spring was only a 3.381 cut off. So fingers crossed it’s low again!

It doesn’t go by last name. My last name is a W, so the very end lol and mine updated received before the deadline. I turned it in way back in March. Don’t think they’re doing any kind of order. Probably just pulling randoms or maybe different counselors have certain ones.

You'll get your update soon. I guess they do it by what's on their desk. I agree with what @Shannenohh said. Different counselors will work and check it and they got 400plus applicants 2017. I wonder how many applicants they got now.

I intentionally didn't put self addressed envelope when I submitted my application. My one and only concern is to get in this fall semester. ?

Yes fingers crossed! I read some old threads here from the nursing applicants that they waited a year or more just to get in to hccfl nursing school. No wonder why because aside from they have the cheapest nursing fees, they are also affiliated with USF. I want to continue BSN after I graduate ADN at USF.

It's hard to wait, so I enrolled in Spanish 1 and pre-calc this summer just to boost my grades in case I won't get in this fall. I have B with college algebra but I want to replace it with an A.

I told myself that I won't visit my account on webadvisor until next month, in June on my birth date. ?

By the way, there is another way where you can check your application. Click the "progress towards my degree" on the upper right side of the page in your account on webadvisor. Then click the "nursing application option." I hope that helps. I wish us all good luck!
