Hi All,

just wondering if anyone has applied to cac for fall 08? and have you heard anything baout your interview? im going crazy not knowing.:bugeyes::madface:....

4 or 5 people in my CNA class have applied for Fall and are still waii\ting to hear back about the Fall 08 class as well. Something about a shake up at the higher level causing a delay? Don't quote me on that or anything. CAC is one of the places I am apply to for January ( Spring 09) admission

Oh Sherry and I are in the same clinical group. Can't wait for next Saturday to be over. Bored out of my mind at the NH. Although we've had a lot of fun I can't wait for the class to just be done to have my Saturdays back.

congrats! I myself am applying to the January class but the only people I know have incomplete apps so they haven't even heard yet for an interview

i just had my interview about 2 weeks ago. i dont when i will hear something. the professors said they were shooting fro a June 1st date to have all letters out... How ling did it take you to hear on your first semester applying and do you know how many people were grandfathered in from last semester?

I donno if this helps or not....

I had my interview in December. I talked to the Dean after my interview and she said that given the fact that I had just finished my CNA class and that I still had to get certified, I would probably be put into the next semester. Her words were that she did not want to give someone a spot if everything wasn't in place. I heard that there were 50-60 people who applied for Spring 08 program, and I think that only 20-30 got in. I am one of the people who were grandfathered in. I got my acceptance letter at the very beginning of February.

How do the pre-req's for CAC compare to Maricopa schools? Has anyone found out how many days and what the hours will be for class?

It sounds like there is less of a wait at CAC vs Maricopa? Is that true?
