Extra-long scrubs - know of any online vendors?

You know, I never really thought of myself as a mutant at 5' 9" until my quest for scrubs that are long enough became more... questy.

I need 34 - 35" inseam. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've tried all the big brands, I've tried Green Scrubs (close but no cigar), I've tried Cotton Scrubs (better if I don't have to hem 'em), and I am very close to changing my career if I can't find clothes... but that's another thread...

:trout:

(What does that mean?)

Am I asking too much?

Thanks a million,

Tafford has changed their XLT scrubs!

For about 8 years I was able to get a 36" inseam drawstring unisex scrub pant (TPA840 was the item number) from Tafford - - I went to order some a month ago, and they no longer carry it.

They have a 34" inseam, but they've changed the pattern and the fit is no longer the same.

I'm bummed!

I am 5'9 and I buy radiance tall pants, some times they are to long but I would rather have them to long than too short. Side note they are very comfortable

Another second for Landau! I'm 6'1" and the tall pants from Landau are comfortable for me and do fit. I will admit my unisex Tafford pants are more than long enough.

The Grey's Anatomy Scrubs have a long size that fit me, at 5'9.

I'm 5'10" and wear the cherokee flare pants in long. They're *very* long, so I'd definitely recommend them. Not sure the exact length though. I usually wear tall jeans too, and sometimes those aren't quite long enough, but the scrubs are fine :) Good luck!

I just found http://www.mainelyscrubs.com they will let you pick your inseam up to 37" for an extra 3 dollars. I haven't ordered from them yet, but am going to give them a try as I am 5'10" and need at least a 35" inseam.

This thread is well over 2 years old, so the OP (original poster) might not be searching for advice and suggestions any longer.

Moved to the Nursing Uniforms forum.

The owner is I believe, the small dark haired model in front. If you need, she'll make your scrubs to order and they're long lasting, got a lot of pockets. The shop is within 45 minutes from home but I always order online now.

I just wanted to say thanks for adding to this thread. Even if the OP doesn't care anymore, I did a search and found this thread and THANK YOU!!! These pants that can be hemmed are going to work out GREAT for me! Keep the suggestions coming people!

Tafford has been long enough for me and Landau scrubs also work!

Warning--Landau scrub pants are only 32" in the tall smalls--and they have a very tall rise which makes waist very high for ladies. Be careful as you buy small talls because the inseam will usually be shorter than stated in most brands.

Cherokees are too short for people with the 35-36" inseams. Some tall folks are long-legged, and others are long waisted. It varies.

Finding extra small talls, that you don't have to have made or hemmed to order, in a particular color required by your department, is a nightmare. Tafford has been the most affordable so far--unfortunately they just discontinued XST Royal. (please please please bring it back--I'll buy 10 pairs and stock up!!!)

I'm very appreciative but having trouble with recommendations from people who mention they're 5'9" etc. and find certain scrubs to be long, because when you're over 6' tall, we're talking EXTRA TALL, not merely "long".

I don't want to anger anyone, and not trying to pick a fight. But I see this again and again--It would be perhaps more helpful if posters would post their INSEAM instead of their height. What's long for a 5'9" person is probably not going to be long on a 6'4" or 6'8" person. That's the same as me giving advice on a petite forum listing all the scrubs that run too short for me: Cherokee talls, Landau talls... :)

I'm looking for 35-36" inseams in an extra small. Seems that ordering to fit is going to be the only option. Stinks.
