You know, I never really thought of myself as a mutant at 5' 9" until my quest for scrubs that are long enough became more... questy.
I need 34 - 35" inseam. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I've tried all the big brands, I've tried Green Scrubs (close but no cigar), I've tried Cotton Scrubs (better if I don't have to hem 'em), and I am very close to changing my career if I can't find clothes... but that's another thread...

Well, I'm not in the extra small category, but I certainly need the tall scrubs. I have been getting mine from MOBB brand, they have a certain style with elastic and drawstring waistband together. They hold up fine and the length works for me, I'm 6'9".
Where did you purchase them and can I ask what your inseam is (my son is 6'8" but has a shorter inseam!!!)
The other problem I'm having is that I also have to buy them in Royal ONLY. Dumb. That's what our hospital has gone to for all nurses, but it makes it impossible for me. I will check it out immediately. Thank you so much.
http://cheap-scrubs.com/html/scrub-pants.html Style 309P is the one you will want they come in tall sizes. Works well for me, I'm 6'9" and wear a 36 inch inseam in normal pants. Have a good selection of sizes, even navy blue or whatever the facility requires. They are very durable and comfortable. I also like the pocket sizes and the fact they have elastic with drawstring waist (aka....no butt crack hangout).
I'm a few years late, literally, but for those out there still searching here are some great options. I'm a 36" inseam and these brands do me pretty well, even in my 2" clogs:
