Excelsior website error?

Published

Hi everybody!

I am trying to download and open the Exam Content Guide for Lifespan 3 but I keep getting a "Forbidden" error message! I tried on a different computer and keep getting the same result. Can somebody try it out and let me know if it works for them? Some of the other content guides downloaded just fine so I am wondering if it is just LS3.

Also, I cannot find the Student Status button on the My Excelsior page anymore either! You know, it's the page that gets updated after every exam to show you your most recent grades?! Now that I think of it, Excelsior has not emailed me to notify me of my most recent exam grade either!

Hmmmmm.....

I am able to view and download the content guide.

I am also able to view and download the content guide. The new website is different and I'm not sure where the student status is, but I think it has a new name and it's on a different page.

Try clearing your browser cache and it will probably help. Not sure what browser you are using but it's in your internet options.

Thanks everybody! I'll keep working on it!

Okay so I went and found the page you are looking for. I can't study while trying to get my 7month old down.

You are going to one of the two following places. I think the student status thing is the exam and practice exam status area.

My Excelsior~> My Details~> scroll down to Exams and click on Exam and Practice Exam Status

or the review thing they do after the exams periodically.

My Excelsior~> My Details~> Official Evaluation~ Your Latest Student Status Report or Your Latest Evaluation Summary

Hope that helps. If you still don't have the LS3 content guide PM me your email and I can email it to you.

I too could not print the study guide for ls3. I saved it to my desktop, but was unable to print it like the last 6. It came out with big lines. I changed my cartridges, but it didn't help.

I emailed Excelsior about it, but by the time they answer a question, I get tons of responses here quicker.

could you email me a copy too???

thanks,

jan

What browser are you using ? if you are using the new IE9 that might be the issue

Uggggh...I have a Mac and have already updated my Safari and my Firefox to versions not supported by Excelsior...I LOVE Mac's but OMG sometimes they are a pain! Anyway one of our "Allnurses" sister was kind enough to email me the document so I am all set!

Thanks everybody!!!

Your welcome. I used to have issues with it so I know how frustrating it can be.

You could call the school, they will mail the content guide to you.
