So I thought I would tell you about my adventure so far with excellence..
Mod 1:
2 "assignments"- one looking at various websites to figure out what they do for the US, not to bad, the second assignment was all about the US Global Health Initiatives, aka ObamaCare, I struggled with this one because well I have major disinterest in the subject
we also had a DB, not bad responses didn't need sources
Mod 2:
Uh.... how about 5 assignments this week... and 2 DBs... some of the assignments weren't hard, i mostly struggled with the DBs because one was about medicare and medicaid, and one assignment was all about the various types of insurance, HMO PPO PSO etc.. VERY exhausting

Deltaroxxy, I have a question for you. I want to get a head start on this class this weekend. Do the assignments listed in 455 correlate to the ones in the textbook? (i.e. for week 1 does student activity 1-1 correlate with the activity in the textbook 1-1). Thanks!
I still have until september before I will be taking this class, but I am just wondering if this class can be taken simultaneously with another nursing class?

I am taking it now with my Jr. Comp class. So, yes.
Thoughts on taking Excellence with Mgnt/Strategic planning??? I know the new combo course is an unknown. Just curious...if 455 is just busy and not hard it might be an option???

Is that combo class going to be a 6 credit class? Not sure how busy Excellence is - but the single management and strategic planning classes did have one of chuckster's busy-work factors associated with them. The only plus with those classes, is they were direct and to the point.
Excellence is BUSY, but it's the kind of busy where you could knock out 5 assignments in 1 day. Not a whole lot of searching all over the place for info/references. You guys will breathe a sigh of relief when you get to 455….So "if" you are going to double up, I wouldn't stress about doing it w/455.
