So I thought I would tell you about my adventure so far with excellence..
Mod 1:
2 "assignments"- one looking at various websites to figure out what they do for the US, not to bad, the second assignment was all about the US Global Health Initiatives, aka ObamaCare, I struggled with this one because well I have major disinterest in the subject
we also had a DB, not bad responses didn't need sources
Mod 2:
Uh.... how about 5 assignments this week... and 2 DBs... some of the assignments weren't hard, i mostly struggled with the DBs because one was about medicare and medicaid, and one assignment was all about the various types of insurance, HMO PPO PSO etc.. VERY exhausting
Inimica I also work 36 hours a week (3 -12s) and have NO KIDS. Yet I only take one class at a time because I seem to spend a lot of time on school work, probable the estimated amount per credit(except for diversity which was easier for me). How do you juggle 45-60 hours of classwork? Any advice? I think I just take too long! Plus I hate to give up all of my free time.

I started out taking 1 class at a time, but then I found myself taking 3 at the beginning of this year so I could be finished before the semester switch. I started working every Fri, Sat, and Sunday so I would have 4 days through the week to do homework. It worked at well and now I'm done!
Just turned in my last nursing assignment!!!! WoooHooo, couldn't be happier! Hope to see you all during commencement in Athens on June 9th! Good luck to everyone, it's been an interesting journey.
You'll have to let us know how it goes. I've skipped across the stage with my first BS degree, and when I finished my nursing school program, so I decided to opt out of this commencement. I do wonder how soon those of us who do not attend will receive our degrees.
Hello everyone in 455! I am fairly new to the RN to BSN program having finished 4510 and 414. I needed to do a summer class but only can do a first session summer class. The only class I can possibly take due to my schedule is 455, which is supposed to be reserved for senior students. My advisor told me that she has had other students take this class early, but she usually recommends against this. So I was wondering if anyone here is taking this class early, and if so, how did you feel about it? Or, if any of you seniors would advise against taking this class early. Any feedback in this regard is greatly appreciated, and thank you all for taking the time to read this.

I just seen your post. I really don't know how I do it lol I just fight on through day by day! I have a big dry erase board and a huge desk calendar to keep my weeks organized. I usually do a lot of work bunched together that way i still have like one day me-time. That just seems to work for me. Although, I do hate having so little free time right now, but I just wanted this degree done. My hospital pays for everything but I have to commit to them two years post degree completion. My husband and I plan on moving out west within the next couple of years so I just wanted to hurry.

This class will probably be one of the easiest classes you take at ou. My only conclusion as to why it's offered last is to reward students for all of their hard work and help them acquire an easy A. I think you are in a better spot in taking it early. The instructor provides little direction, so it's easy to overthink stuff because you are comparing the lack of direction to other classes. So since you haven't taken a lot of classes, you shouldn't have this problem. There are no quizzes. The discussion boards to straight forward. It's more busy work.
Good luck!!
