I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.

May I ask for the copy of the email you sent to NMC as well as the explanation letter as to why you were not able to process the verification of registration in Saudi...
I'm glad I bumped into this thread. All the information you have posted is really helpful. I am also an ex-saudi nurse and I left the kingdom in 2017. I have also the same dilemma regarding the completion of my regulation authority verification form from saudi council. I asked one of my friends there to bring the form in saudi council in tabuk branch where I previously worked but they refused to fill up the form.
I called NMC today to ask for their advice regarding this matter but the agent who answered my call told me to email my concerns in overseas.inquires. So I'm still waiting for the reply of the NMC.
One of my concerns also is that I have almost a year of unregistered practice in KSA. I started working in KSA in july 2013 and they released my saudi council in june 2014... I dont know if I could secure an explanation letter from my previous employer regarding this, because its really difficult to communicate with them..
I also recently requested for a copy of cert of good standing from saudi council online but the cert that they have issued to me states that I've been registered as a technician of nursing since 2017. Its supposed to be since 2014. Before I left the kingdom in 2017 I renewed my saudi license and it is still valid until 2022. I don't know but maybe they based my registration date on my current saudi council license.? I emailed them regarding this matter but they haven't replied yet...

did you send only a photocopy of your saudi license id together with a blank RAV form or should it be certified true copy?

Hi Guys! Would just want to ask for some help. I was an ex saudi nurse,got terminated due to fake coe. I'm blocked from the scfhs so i won't be able to get a good standing certificate. I would like start my applications to uk but i don't know what i would do with .y saudi work exp.

I am planning to apply on UK. i am an ex-Saudi. I have a Police clearance with ne and a COE but I do not have a Saudi Council license because the hospital I worked at did not process it. as much a we want to process it ourselves that time, we did not receive any guidance from them. How can I remedy this problem?
Hi, my friend had the same problem with you. She emailed NMC registrations and explained to them her situation. They gave her instructions/guidelines on how to process. You will be asked to provide an unregistered practice instead of the licensed one. The process will be long not because of the NMC but due to extremely long waiting from Saudi Council. It would be easier if you have someone in KSA to process your application.
Email NMC, tell them your case, and ask for advice. Goodluck!
Does anyone recently requested COGS using the Mumaris Plus? I requested on March 31, 2019 and they sent me the certificate but it has new format COGS and there was no Issued Date on it. Stated "Signed and Issued on" but no date. I contacted Tawasul and still waiting for their reply. The NMC needs recent COGS (within 3 months) therefore Issued date is very important.

Hi dee_nightingale! as I was searching online for answers regarding ex-saudi nurses who cannot get their RAV forms filled out by the SCFHS, and I finally bumped into your answer. Can you please send me a copy of your explanation letter to NMC how you explained to them why SCFHS doesn't fill it out anymore? I've read somewhere that they attached an official announcement from SCFHS that they are no longer catering to such requests, but my local SCFHS office cannot provide me any copy of that memo. Do you have a copy of this memo/announcement? Do we need to attach evidence why SCFHS refuses to do this? can you send me a copy of these or whatever that you have please? my email is [email protected]
Ok. Does the letter need to be notarized? I have read some who had theirs notarized. But I am currently in Saudi Arabia and the nearest embassy that can notarize my documents is a 2-hr plane ride away.
Is there a need to attach proof such as a memo from SCFHS declining to fill out RAV forms?
No need to notarize.. just simply attache it to your portal.

Just like that and sign. Scan and upload. But send the blank verification paper (careful not to mixed up with your PH barcoded form) + your certificate of GS to NMC via mail post.
