Hi there!
I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.

Hi there! I just wanna share my experience. I also used to work in KSA for 2 years, however, my employer processed my registration a year late which means I was unregistered on the first year of my employment. Good thing, NMC updtaed their rules to which they no longer required for us to submit the Employer Referral Form as long as we have taken an IELTS/OET exam. On the other hand, I still declared my work experience from Saudi thru my CV since I stayed in the country for more than 6 months and it is a requirement of the NMC to provide a Police Clearance. I submitted my Certificate of Good standing along with the blank RAV form and an explanation letter from my previous employer stating the reason why my license was registered late. I am currently waiting to be put on queue after submitting all the needed documents and forms to the NMC.

Hi, did they accept the explanation letter from your employer?
Did you receive your DL by now?
NMC wants me to get an explanation letter from saudi council as to why I am registered in 2015 but my PAC has different date which is 2016. However SCFHS (riyadh) refuse to give such explanation.
Has anyone here actually obtained explanation letter from saudi council? Or do you have other way to solve this problem?
I emailed NMC already but it's almost 2 weeks now, and i still didnt receive any reply. They normally respond to my query after 3-4 days.
Any advise guys ?

I need your help!
I'm processing my application to UK as nurse. I also worked in saudi arabia. However, I was not approved for license even after passing the prometric exam due to lack of valid experience (as volunteer lang kasi ung status ko sa previous work).
So now, I need to download this: ‘Registration Restrictions Verification Form’.
Must be completed by the Registration authority and should be sent via courier.
Anyone who has an idea, how can I have SCFHS to complete this form and be sent to NMC??

In the Employer Detail part of the NMC Docs for uploading it states there:
Please only provide these details if you are relying on an employment reference as evidence of your English language competence following registration and practice in an English speaking country. The reference must cover at least 12 months of registered practice.
If your 12 months registered practice was completed at more than one employer please use the second employer reference form to obtain the additional reference.
Please visit our English language page to see the language requirements in detail and view the list of countries from which we currently accept references.
NOTE: If you are not relying on an employment reference for English language evidence, you do not need to complete this section. Please answer 'No' to the additional employment details question and click 'Next' at the bottom of the page to continue to the next section of the application.
-- what does this mean???--- do we need this form completed or we can skip this one??? Friends of mine from DUBAI, skipped this part and they received their DLs...i dunno if this is applicable for Saudi Nurses..

I received NMC's responses to some of my queries regarding:
>> Two References
"From 25 September 2018 we are removed the requirement for non EU nurses and midwives to provide evidence of 12 month's post registration professional experience. This applies to all candidates, no matter where they are in the current process
If you have a valid OET or IELTs and you have met the minimum scores accepted by the NMC then you are not required to submit the two employment references."
I did not send 2 references and just tick NO as per instruction in the portal,
I supposed to send it but I cant contact the person who brought my references from SAUDI to PH :'(
>> SCFHS RAV
"Yes you can send the certificate of good standing..."
I sent my certificate of good standing along with my blank barcoded RAV, letter of explanation, and certified true copy of my SCFHS ID
>>outdated Police clearance
"Yes please send the police clearance you are referring to together with the translation of the exit stamp. Please also include a written self-declaration confirming that you have never received any cautions or convictions whilst residing in the KSA."
I compiled all these in 1 PDF (my outdated police clearance, explanation letter, translated and scanned copy of exit stamp/visa with certification)
