I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
No need to notarize.. just simply attache it to your portal.

Just like that and sign. Scan and upload. But send the blank verification paper (careful not to mixed up with your PH barcoded form) + your certificate of GS to NMC via mail post.

I don’t see in the portal where to upload it. It only says to upload registration certificate (saudi council certificate), upload police clearance (saudi police clearance), and download the RAV form.

what i've sent to NMC were:
Blank RAV + Explanation letter + Good Standing Certificate + (SCFHS license certified true copy)
Send whatever u think is necessary.. upload it in the additional identification. If u didnt upload it they will ask u anyway to do so. I named the file as DECLARATION- Letter of explanation.
Upload as well a declaration of no other registration,just say in your letter u don't hold any other registration license or not other than ur home country licemse and KSA. They will surely ask. Better to do it rather than waiting their comment which will take another days of waiting once u resubmit again and again

Unfortunately, I have already submitted my online application to the NMC. But I shall mail them my letter of explanation and including there a declaration that I have no other registration apart from SCFHS and PRC. I am attachingalso the blank RAV form, COGS, and copy of my license card but not certified true copy. Should they need me to upload it, ill keep a soft copy of these standby. Does anyone recently requested COGS using the Mumaris Plus? I requested on March 31, 2019 and they sent me the certificate but it has new format COGS and there was no Issued Date on it. Stated "Signed and Issued on" but no date. I contacted Tawasul and still waiting for their reply. The NMC needs recent COGS (within 3 months) therefore Issued date is very important.

Hi. I was just wondering has anyone here had any unregistered experience with saudi council?
I had more than a year of saudi work experience as our employer did not require this before. I eventually got it when we were required to get an scfhs license upon recontracting. It also took a while coz our employer wasn’t too helpful with the process. But because the NMC has recently removed the employment reference section if it will not be used to support your english language proficiency, does still need to be declared though? (the over 1 year of unregistered practice)
As some may already know, nowadays, most SCFHS branches refuse to fill out any forms from foreign registration agencies. Hence, there is also no way that I can have the unregistered practice form filled out.
Anybody experienced this? And what remedy did you do?

I already submitted my NMC application last march but i got an email from NmC last april 10 that i need to upload a copy of my Cv and self declaration of registered/ unregistered practice.
If I upload my Cv they will see the discrepancy in my work experience date and my registration date. So Im also worried about it and I dont know how to explain it to them.
I already left KSA so I dont know what to do incase NMC would ask for some addition forms from saudi council or my previous employer.
