I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.

However, they sent a feedback in my online portal that i have lacking documents and i need to re submit some documents in my Saudi Entry...
I sent NMC an email asking them what I need to submit , and they responded that I need to submit the original documents and they don't accept photocopies.
Now, Im worried that if I send those original documents( the saudi registration certificate and the ID card), will i get them back?, since we know that those documents are hard to acquire if we're not in Saudi anymore...
Anybody here who had the same predicament as mine? Please an advice will be a great help.... :) :) thank you.....

Hi. Is it possible that you uploaded copies that are not clear and readable? If they are really asking for the originals, I find that ridiculous as even the embassy are only asking for the photocopies of documents.
I worked in saudi arabia 10 years ago ,that time no saudi council registration yet so I am having problem to provide good standing certificate.please if someone know what to do,please advice.

Hi. If your only mistake was you used the wrong rav form for Saudi Council, that would be easily fixed as I have done the same, I called them and the mistake was found and the agent I talked with just fixed it. Don't email them. Give them a call.
So, I started working in KSA on Feb 2016 and is still working in a polyclinic in Riyadh. I wanna make sure that before I leave, I have everything that I need for my NMC-UK application.

I asked the Liaison Officer about this and I was redirected to the general manager about it. I called the embassy and was advised that I just need to tell the Immigration Officer in the airport at the day of my flight that I need a hard copy of my Final Exit Visa. If worse comes to worst that they wont give me a copy, are there any alternatives for it?
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
I was able to get Police Clearance, it is already translated but haven't been stamped by the Chamber of Commerce

Im still asking for COE. I never had a Sick Leave though.
I dont know what a Reference Letter is, please enlighten me.. is this synonymous to Recommendation Letter?

I thought the validity of this document is 3 mos?

I think I have this, im not sure though bec it is written in arabic.. Is it the one that says my name, the university where I got my BSN and the date that I got my degree? Is this the same as "Professional Accreditation Certificate"?

Also, my employer made it obvious that he doesnt want me to leave. I honestly had a hard time getting Police Clearance. Im not sure if I'll be verified by my saudi employer once they get the forms. Should I stay and work as a nurse at PH for at least a yr or so just in case my Saudi employer wont verify my employment as a nurse here in KSA? Please help

1. If you don't have a hard copy of your final exit visa, the translated exit stamp is a good alternative.
2. The exit visa/ translated exit stamp with an attached explanation letter is usually used as an alternative for a Saudi police clearance. It is possible that they will accept your police clearance without the stamp but you can just attach the police clearance with the exit visa/ stamp to be sure.
3. NMC Forms: You can send in a blank license verification form with an explanation letter (why you are not able to have SCFHS complete it for you), translated registration certificate (gray certificate in Arabic), Certificate of Good Standing, and ID card
4. Employment certificates: I did not use my employment certificates and reference letters for my NMC application but there are NMC forms that need to be filled up by 2 direct supervisors from your previous employment (Charge nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Department Head, etc.)
5.Good Standing Certificate: I used mine with no problems even if it was issued more than 3 months before
6. SCFHS Certificate: Yes, this is your professional license, registration certificate, or professional accreditation certificate. It is basically the certificate that proves you have been licensed in KSA as a nurse or nurse technician (which is recognized)
7. Copy of SCFHS card: If I am not mistaken, one side is in Arabic (the front part, with your photo) and the other side is in English. In any case, if the whole ID is in Arabic, you can just have it translated.
8. The issue with not declaring your Saudi experience is that you may be asked for an explanation of your employment gap and if you use the same passport, you may be questioned as well if they see the foreign stamps/ exit stamps/ departure stamps etc.

If I remember it correctly, one reference who has been with you for the last 6 months, and another for 12 months
