  1. As far as I know, the restricted CoS (filed by the employer/sponsor on) applications are made on or before the 5th of every month and the CoS is released by mid month about 15th to 18th maybe? If the application is made after the 5th of the month then it is possible that the application will be held until the next month. Delays are always possible considering the large volume of applications and bigger trusts/institutions usually get bigger CoS allocations compared to smaller ones . The best advice would be to wait and just keep following up both with your local agency and with the partner agency in the UK.
  2. Meaning, I can ask 2 supervisors from the facility where I worked in PH before going here in Saudi to accomplish those forms right? Thank you sooo much. Your reply had been a great help! If I remember it correctly, one reference who has been with you for the last 6 months, and another for 12 months
  3. 1. If you don't have a hard copy of your final exit visa, the translated exit stamp is a good alternative. 2. The exit visa/ translated exit stamp with an attached explanation letter is usually used as an alternative for a Saudi police clearance. It is possible that they will accept your police clearance without the stamp but you can just attach the police clearance with the exit visa/ stamp to be sure. 3. NMC Forms: You can send in a blank license verification form with an explanation letter (why you are not able to have SCFHS complete it for you), translated registration certificate (gray certificate in Arabic), Certificate of Good Standing, and ID card 4. Employment certificates: I did not use my employment certificates and reference letters for my NMC application but there are NMC forms that need to be filled up by 2 direct supervisors from your previous employment (Charge nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Department Head, etc.) 5.Good Standing Certificate: I used mine with no problems even if it was issued more than 3 months before 6. SCFHS Certificate: Yes, this is your professional license, registration certificate, or professional accreditation certificate. It is basically the certificate that proves you have been licensed in KSA as a nurse or nurse technician (which is recognized) 7. Copy of SCFHS card: If I am not mistaken, one side is in Arabic (the front part, with your photo) and the other side is in English. In any case, if the whole ID is in Arabic, you can just have it translated. 8. The issue with not declaring your Saudi experience is that you may be asked for an explanation of your employment gap and if you use the same passport, you may be questioned as well if they see the foreign stamps/ exit stamps/ departure stamps etc. Hope this helps!
  4. Not all TB tests are valid for 6 months. Some are given a validity of 3 months, depending on what nursing area/ department they are currently working in
  5. It's safer after receiving your CoS, the TB test is good for 3 months or 6 months depending on your assessment and the medical is 3 valid for 3 months as well.
  6. Do you have an e-mail address, Ma'am?
  7. CoS is the certificate of sponsorship needed when you apply for a tier 2 visa. It is provided by your employer who will be sponsoring you to stay in the UK
  8. Any professional nursing experience is accepted by the NMC as long as it is paid (meaning you are employed) and the experience is at least 12 months and you have the necessary documents to prove it. The issue I guess would be if the agency you are applying to or the employer needs a nurse with specific experience (i.e. ENT, surgery, mental health, etc.)
  9. "document received resubmission" just means that NMC has received your documents but they need to re-upload it in the right section of your portal. This happens usually for those with multiple registrations and for different employers. There is no need for you to submit any additional documents at this time. NMC will contact you through e-mail once your documents are already being assessed and they need more info/documents.

  11. From your queue date, NMC will usually assess your application within 30-60 days depending on the complexity of your application. When your application is already being assessed, you will receive an e-mail if they need any additional documents. Otherwise, if your application is straightforward, you will receive your decision letter.

  13. I have a ton of cbt review materials if you'd be interested. Maybe I can e-mail the to you?
  14. hi, are you still looking for osce reviewers?
  15. Hi! Is there anyone possibly experiencing the same thing I am? I was already given feedback by NMC on 12 December, 2017 and I uploaded the necessary documents on 14 December, 2017. I checked my portal yesterday and was surprised to found out that there are 2 new documents tagged as"received" and dated 08 January, 2018. I called NMC and was informed that there was a system glitch and that the information on my portal was lost so they have to re-upload everything. They can only put me back on queue AFTER they have uploaded but they don't know when they can accomplish this. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
