I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
@mayen I am still waiting for my DL. I actually got my feedback last nov 20. But the files I needed from Saudi took months. NMC received the last of my files last friday. I hope there won't be any more delays after this. Anyways, I'd like to ask did you need a police clearance for the Trust to process your COS and Visa? Were you able to submit one?

Hi mango1888! I need your help, coz I just recently passed my cbt exam and now Im about to start my nmc registration, bit confused with my employement declaration coz Ive work in jubail under Moh-Sop for only a year and that was Aug 2011- July 2012, apparently it was just i Think 4th quarter of 2011 when saudi arabia implemented the saudi council exam for nurses and during that time I was not required by my employer to take the saudi council exam coz Im not renewing my contract, though I do have a Coe, I dont have a police clearance just an exit stamp on my passport when I left.. However, Sept 2013-July 2017 I worked again in makkah and this time I already have my saudi council and was able to secure a police clearance and exit visa copy.. So, I was thinking if is it still necessary to declare my previous work experience in jubail? Because prior to that I one, I have worked locally for 3 yrs and I think I already have enough work experience if I'll declare my first and last employement.. but if you think that its necessary for me to declare my jubail work experience can you please give me an advice on how am I going to give a good explanation to nmc regarding that matter.. thank you so much!

You should declare all your employment. However for your reference forms, choose among those you can obtain easily. If you choose from your current or the latest employment, there is no problem with that, as long as they are more senior nursing staff than you. If you send your reference forms, include a copy of your cv as an additional document.
