Ex- Saudi Filipino nurse applying for NMC-UK

Hi there!

I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.

1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH

2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce

3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )

4. Employment certificate from Saudi

- needs to have details of sick leave

-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp

5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months

6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation

7. Copy of SCFHS card

I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.

I asked my friend to do it on my behalf since I am

already here in the Philippines. He just went to Saudi Council Pffice in Diplomatic Quarter in riyadh submit my form and came back after 5 days to collect it. Then he forwarded it to the NMC thru the courier service inside the Saudi Council office. The courier fee is 150sr. I am not sure if he shed some amount for the form since he didn't informed anything about it.

Hello Blood Chemistry. Just do some back read on this thread. I read it somewhere that some nurses didn't submit the license verification form to saudi council. They just submit a memo coming from saudi council itself that they don't fill up such forms. Don't be discouraged.

Hi! I am under Omanfil agency for Addenbrooke's Hosp and currently processing for Certificate of Sponsorship because I already have my DL. I am an ex-saudi and having a problem with Saudi Police Clearance. My agency recommends to secure a Good Standing Reference letter from Saudi Embassy Manila as a replacement for Saudi Police Clearance even if NMC accepted my visa and passport stamps. Does anyone have the same experience with mine or any advice on how to solve this problem? I am really frustrated as of the moment because I am from Mindanao... Any advice will be of great help.. Hello there! I would like to ask regarding the unregistered practice form. I started working in Saudi last Feb. 29, 2016 and got registered under SCHS July 2016. In my reference forms 1&2, we wrote Feb 29, 2016 as the start of my supervision that were filled up by my Heads here in Saudi. Is there still a need to send NMC the unregistered practice form? I just found out about this and my agency told me I should have just placed July instead of Feb on my reference forms. It's too late now as NMC already received all of my documents.

I am really worried that this will delay my application.

We have the same case. I got a feedback from nmc to submit again a new reference form for this issue according to my registration to prove that I have this months of experience as a registered nurse. I will try to ask if I can submit employment certificate as I am no longer in Dubai and nobody will process it for me. I am praying that they will accept it. Yes, you will enter the que again.

Hello, I am currently here in Abu Dhabi working as a homecare nurse for 9 months now. I am planning to go back to the Philippines and apply in UK. The problem is the management of my homecare facility is messed up. They wouldn't release COE or even NOC, also they wouldnt participate to fill the referral forms. Because of that, I'm thinking not to declare my UAE experience when applying to UK. I have 3 yrs hospital experience in the Philippines to declare, 2013-2016. Would there be any problem if i didnt declare my UAE experience? Thank you
