I was able get through the hotline and they said the same thing about my Saudi Verification form, apparently I printed the same barcoded form for the Philippine and Saudi Licenses, the agent told me that they will sort this out by printing a blank form and that by tomorrow, it will be reflected on my portal. As for my Reference person 2, she told me that I have to re-do it, meaning I have to send another filled-out correct form this time. Stupidity does cost alot.

I have almost the same scenario, unfortunately i used the wrong bar coded forms for my RAV in Dubai. They want me to send blank forms of the correct bar coded forms to be downloaded from my account.

Hey, for my RAV form the agent whom I talked with, sorted the problem out, she was the one or somebody from NMC printed the blank form and scanned it. I think you should call the NMC and plead your case to them, they are reasonable people so just try.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, i will contact them. And also, regarding certificate of registration, Dubai is not providing. They said they can only give a good standing certificate. I am wondering if i can just download the copy of my license.

Hi. What I had read from that is that you can get a good standing certificate and then attached the blank form and have also an explanation. Better go back from the comments to make it sure.

Yes i have read that too. I guess the nmc would have encountered this with several other applicants so that could be enough as verification. Thank you.

Hi there! I have emailed the NMC about the saudi verification and they replied that they are aware about that announcement so there's probably no need for the memo. As for the registration date, the agency advised me to put the start date of my employment same as the registration date of my saudi license so there's no need to declare any unregistered practice.

I have one question though..how did you know the registration date of your license, only the year is reflected on my id. Thank you!

Hi there, once you already paid and open your portal for full assessment, you will find them as it will give you instructions. Anyway, you will send via post the regiastration authority verification from your licensing body/bodies, reference from your employers, declaration of good health and transcript of records. Forms will be downloaded in your portal. For those to be uploaded , these are your personal docs like diploma, birth cerftificate, police clearance etc.

Good luck. I am waiting for my DL and the agony is long as the process requires a lot of time.

Good day. I would like to ask if there's anyone here who have date discrepancies on their Saudi council Certificate. My year of graduation is wrong and also the date the certificate isaued was 4 years after my initial registration. The NMC is asking for an explanation letter why the date written on my certificate was 2010 and my initial registration date was 2007.

I already contacted the Saudi Council thru their online portal but as expected I didn't get any answer. I don't know what else to do..
