Hi there!
I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
TIPS and advice are very much needed. Thank you
Hi ms. mango1888, I would like to ask for your help.
I am encountering a problem with my employer as they don't want to provide an official stamp with my reference letters. I was only able to secure a stamp from the hospital's medical reports but there is an english medical report written. Do you think it will be accepted by NMC? Thank you.
Hello. I have a 10 month experience in the philippines and currently, I am here in Saudi for 1 year and 8 months. However, I have an issue with my application. We have to declare if we have received disciplinary actions from our registering body or our employer. I have once been suspended because I received several IRs while working in PH. My question is, will this delay or deny my application? What should I do? I am considering several options.
1. I will not declare my PH experience and will only ask for two referrals from my current employment here in Saudi. I will select "no" under the question of disciplinary actions received. Will NMC ask for the gap? Given I have no experience between PRC regustration and my current Saudi experience?
2. I will declare my PH experience but will again only ask for the two referrals here in Saudi. I will select "no" under the question of disciplinary actions received. NMC will still call my PH employer right?
*I am aware this is dishonesty. But I am really clueless on what to do with my application.
I am really in a dilemna right now. If only I was aware that this part is needed, I would not have started with the application given I would be denied. Please help. Thank you.

Option 2 is the best for you. There's no dishonesty in there. However, if NMC calls them, which I doubt they will do as they will only contact those reference persons whom you've cited, it is out of your hands if they will report any issues against you. Practically speaking, option 2 is the best, as what you've said you are in Saudi, it will be easier for you to declare your supervisors there as your references.
Good day fellow nurses!
Like everyone else here i have also worked in Saudi Arabia from 2013 to 2016. Thankfully, i have passed the IELTS and CBT, and now i have few more problems.
I was able to get a police clearance before I left, but now the agency advised me to get a new one since it has already been a year.
Will the NMC accept my police clearance even when it is already outdated? Is it just valid for 6 months? I have not returned to the kingdom so I suppose my records would still be clear. Thank you for the response.
Hi. The NMC does not accept outdated police clearance. However, there is no need for you to get a new police clearance in saudi arabia. That would be impossible. What you can do is have your exit visa translated if you still have it, if not, then the exit stamp on your passport will do. have it translated in NCMF along Commonwealth Ave.,
Hi, all! Can someone please send to me a sample letter of explanation for the blank RAV form (SCFHS)? My email ad is [email protected]
Many thanks in advance!
Hi jinaa, thanks for your info.
Actually, I am a bit worried bec unfortunately, i used the wrong bar coded forms for my RAV in Dubai. NMC sent me a letter to print off and get blank correct barcoded documents. Does it means that I do not need to resend corrected forms and fill it up again by the authority? I hope it will be like this as it costs a lot also and it will take at least 7 days to process plus the courier fee.
Again, thanks.

Yup, you can send that with the other bar coded forms. You can actually put all those in one parcel.
