From looking at the classes starting in fall, I'm guessing that Evidence Based nursing is replacing Research? Anyone have any idea if stats is still required prior to taking this, as it was with Research?
So the actual answer is null hypthesis???
I don't think that this is a null hypothesis. We either reject or fail to reject a null hypothesis. A null hypothesis would mean there is no significant difference between two variables. This statement does show a difference: increased frequency of dental prophylaxis likely improves glycemic control. If it were a null it would state something like "there is no significant difference in glycemic control for people who have more frequent dental prophylaxis than those who do not". Please anybody correct me if I am wrong.
