end of year!

This is my first end of the year" experience. Do the principals normally get bipolar at this time of year? :confused:

End of the year is a stressful time in the office usually. It'll all be over soon! Hang in there. :bugeyes:

I am lucky that my principal is pretty consistent (whether that is consistently good or bad is another story, LOL!) Around here it is the KIDS who start losing their minds about this time of year!

I have little Hello Kitty stamps as rewards for the 2 little girls I cath daily. If they listen and follow directions, they get a stamp on their hand and on Fridays they get to pick two stamps. Works like a charm. Except for the last week, one of the 2 has "lost" her stamp privledge every single day! Yesterday she lost her stamp for the day AND her one for today, LOL! I don't know what I am going to do today to keep her in line?!?

Teachers are tired, admin is tired, we are tired. Kids are tired AND wired...it is a difficult time of year. Hang in there, we are truly on the downhill slide!

Oh YES ! Principals, Teachers, students and Parents......All get a little crazy as the end of the year approaches ! Tie a knot in the end of your rope.....and hold on !!

It's definitely seeming to get more stressful as the year comes to an end...this is my first "end of the year" too...and since I started in late September, come August it will be my first "beginning of the year", which I am sure will be stressful also!

But usually the most cranky and stressed person on campus is.......................the nurse!! I got to eat lunch at my desk (on school nurse's day) while waiting with a poopy pants. And, I have covered the same (being treated) poison ivy girl 17 times this week because she keeps scratching the area, then picking at the bandage I have wrapped around it.

They send you EVERYTHING this time of year because they are so tired of dealing with it! Like I'm not!
