Emory Fall 2015 Applicants

So the application for the Fall 2015 BSN traditional/ ABSN/MSN has just opened up. I thought it may be nice to start a thread so any of the applicants can check on each others processes and get to know one another..

Oh dang. I hope the snowstorm will calm down and you will get interviewed earlier!

Also maybe mail was slowed down because of the snow too for the acceptance letters!

thanks, ceril20! i have a friend in emory's absn/msn program now and she also confirmed that there was only one admitted student day. i went ahead and booked flights.. maybe we'll meet then!

the admitted student website is up! it doesn't include the schedule for admitted student day, though. and wow, classes begin almost a month earlier than i expected.

Umich, not sure if you know but admitted students day is not mandatory. I'm not going. Also, do you have to have paid the deposit to access the website?

The last email I got from her said this:

"Auto: Do Not Reply

Please be advised that access to the admitted students site will be granted in the upcoming days, and all students will be notified once access has been granted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your patience and understanding at this time."

Did she send another one? I received this four days ago

No she didn't send another e-mail! You don't even have to log-in to see the admitted students site. It's in the e-mail she sent about the deposit.

Well you did supposedly have to use OPUS to log in when she sent the deposite e-mail but I just clicked it and it's working without OPUS I guess.

I logged on to OPUS mostly to look at the deposit form, which I haven't really done anything with yet. I'm waiting until the east coast schools notify me about their decisions before I decide.

And wow, Emory does start VERY early!
