Guys, Spring 2006 grades are on eConnect today. I have just checked mine. My GPA went down to 3.9

I'm not in yet, but if I survive the program I want Parkland's SICU or CV ICU at Baylor. I have my heart set on CRNA also. I have just never said anything about it up to this point.

Thank you Fun! Correct, Pharm and Patho are not required and those accepted for Spring '07 and Fall '07 do not have to take them as well. They just integrated them into the lecture classes - whatever lecture class you have will have the pharm and pthao that goes along with what you are studying at the time. She indicated that they do not wish to change that. So that would be no different than it has been. She didn't mention anything about CNA license with the HPRS 1204. She just said that people taking that class will get alot more skills practice and would be at an advantage for having that.

It was such a suprise since I had been wanting to get it but didn't want to spend the money just now. I know he got if for free, but it is so sweet that he kept an eye out and remmebered I wanted it!

Ah, I didn't realize the Fall 07 people didn't have to have it either. It is nice that they are giving that much notice! I have the books for HPRS 1204 because I had signed up for it when I was going into Xray. Now I'm kicking myself that I dropped it since it wasn't required for nursing.

I would like to do one at Children's. I did apply at Parkland though and still waiting for an interview. A lot of places hire student nurses.

I wish I could figure out which area I want to go into. I like the idea of NICU, but not sure if I could take it emotionally. I also like the idea of being in the OR. I've heard good things about Parkland.

I saw this book at Half Price Books today for $17.95. It's brand new and still in the plastic wrap. If this is the book you need, let me know and I'll tell you which store or I can go get it and ship it to you or something.

I'm not sure when I'll get the books. I don't even have a book list, so I'm not sure what I'll need.

Is this the correct dosage book? i.e., the correct edition/year....the paperwork doesn't give an ISBN number, and amazon doesn't give a year.
