Our class average was an 80...I thought it would have been a lot higher. There were quite a few people who did very well like 92 and 94 (which is pretty dern good in nursing school!).

Quick question for all you guys here. I'm having a bear of a time locating NCLEX questions that apply to what we went over. I'm looking at the chapter headings in the books, but lots of stuff in there isn't part of what we covered. Is there a better way of locating and grouping questions?

What subject matter are you looking for?

Specializes in ER.

There are sections on communications, but on the "Provider of Care" and "Intro to Nursing", I'm having trouble finding sections of info....it's more a question here and a question there.

It seems like Medspub had some communication questions last semester.

Also, are you using the evolve website? You can register for different editions of the same book, along with other fundamentals books, etc, in order to answer more questions.

I also found the "Fundamentals Success" book we talked about before helpful throughout...not sure about that topic.

Allison, are you manning the table at the pharm review this Saturday by chance?

I have a list of the NSNA members for ECC and NLC that I will be bringing Saturday.

Well guys.... I got a 78 :scrying: . Mrs. B got me again on the first test.... I never do well on the first exam (2nd semester I got a 66 on the first test). At least I'm passing this time... maybe that's a good sign?!?!?!?!? I didn't really study like I should have... How did you study Katie????? Grades in my class ranged from the low 60's to a 90 is the best I've heard. Our class average was a 79. I guess I need to start reading for psych...

I know 78 doesn't sound good to you, but I know I'm praying for at least a 70. :( 78 sounds like a

"CONGRATULATIONS, BRIE, YOU PASSED TEST 1!!!!!!!!!!!"

Pat yourself on the back! You are one test down, with a passing grade. You've made it all this way! You are in 3rd semester!! Think positive, and continue on! You can do it, Brie!!!!

Specializes in ER.

I used the Fundamentals Success Book, Medspub, Prenhall, and Kaplan and I did well on the test (92). Where do I find the breakdown of what makes an A, B, etc? Some of us in the class are confused.
