I have about 10 of these shirts that I wear underneath my scrub top, plus I purchased several buttons to wear, also.

Do you think if enough of us start a grass roots campaign and wear the "here to save your butt, not kiss it" tees in public all the time that people might start getting the hint?

My youngest daughter (teen) demanded one for herself when I bought the
"Asystole is a stable rhythm" shirt. :heartbeat
The magnet is on my locker as well.

Probably wishful thinking that we could turn people away that present at the ER. "Why don't you take your stubbed toe to the urgent care, kthxbye!"
I like the "got pacer patches?" t-shirt! LOL!! I had a very bradycardic patient last week ... any time I got near him with the patches, he'd get better. So I finally just left them on the bed!
If a baby self-extubated, and we thought s/he might make it, we'd put the new ett right next to him: Be good, or else. None of this Apnea of Prematurity stuff.

some of those are really great but the one that made me bust out laughing was...
You say Against Medical Advice
I say Adios Mother ******!
I can't believe they actually but my favorite saying on a t-shirt!!!!!
"Emesis happens" is another good one...when I was in nursing school my fav saying was "**** happens"....my instructors didn't like it and since they always preached use "proper medical terminology" I came up with "feces occurs"....they still didn't like it but there was nothing they could do and it became the saying throughout the school :chuckle
I just saw this one ... http://shop.cafepress.com/design/14414944 ... priceless!!
One of our docs received a shirt saying "OB-GYN Kenobi" after a shift full of pelvic exams.
