DUKE DNP/MSN Spring 2018

I was just wondering if anyone has applied to Duke for one of their graduate programs for Spring of 2018? I chose to go the BSN-DNP w/ FNP track route. Now I am patiently waiting for applications to close and interviews to go out. I would love to connect with other students who are applying! Also I would love to hear feedback from any current or past students. Thanks!

No email or update here, other than the one we got about the 25th. I was sleeping today so I just checked since I work tonight. We're getting closer to Friday!!! I hope the phone call goes well :), keep us updated!

I just got an email informing be I was accepted into the MSN FNP program at Duke, they said they committee is still meeting for the DNP program and I'd find out about that in 3 weeks!!! Good luck to everyone else who applied!

Did you get an email saying you were accepted? I just got an email saying the decision was on the duke application page but I can't see anything

Never mind: I had to log out and re-log in... I'm ACCEPTED! I've been silently keeping up with this thread through the application process. AGPCNP

Congrats ERrn21!!! Yeah so my page hasn't updated but I got a personal email telling me the BSN-DNP students were being considered still for the DNP program if they were accepted in the masters program and they wanted to congratulate me and let me know I had been accepted into the MSN FNP program and that the committee was still meeting on DNP acceptances and I would know in 3 weeks. So keeping. Y fingers crossed for that, but regardless I am stoked to know I was accepted to earn my FNP!!!

I don't know anything regarding scholarship dates yet, I've been just doing some research for personal scholarships because I'm gonna do my best to see what I can get! Time to write some essays! I already booked my flight back to NC for the weekend of open house, can't wait to meet some of you!

I just got my acceptance for the MSN in Education program! YAY! Oh man, I'm so excited. Let me know if you guys want to connect - it would be great to know some classmates.

I got waitlisted too. I wonder how this process works- how soon we will know, how to know how extensive the list is, if they ever defer to the next semester...? any insight?!

Did anyone's admissions mention anything about when the deposit is due to reserve your spot or about reserving your spot for open house? I sent an email back to the person that emailed me to tell me about my MSN acceptance, and the DNP decision.
