During March I think.
Does anyone know if we will receive decisions via phone call, email, or mail?

it's possible. they look at applications holistically, so grades are just part of the evaluation.

I think it should be on the duke application portal whenever they post it

I would think they will notify that there is a change on your status on the website, and they will post your decision there. That's how the other schools have been getting back to me so far.

Honestly, I think a 3.5 is pretty good for your first undergraduate degree, especially if you did well on the pre-reqs.

Hi ya'll, I know that most of you guys are already in the application process. If you've also applied to UNC Chapel Hill, I strongly advise you to choose UNC over Duke. Duke is a brand, but the environment here is not worth the prestige. UNC will bestow you with the prestige AND an amazing environment. Trust me, I wish I had chosen UNC over Duke's program.
