Duke ABSN Fall 2015

Hi All,

Just wanted to get a thread going for those who are applying to the Fall 2015 ABSN program. What are some of your degrees in? Is anyone applying to other schools? Also, is anyone planning on moving to North Carolina to attend?

The portal will probably change before our invitations to duke days because duke days is only for accepted students. They probably give you Duke day information in your acceptance letter. That's just my guess though.

Can anyone tell me if recommendations are required? if so, how many?

I think this program is probably too competitive for me. I was going to apply a couple cycles back but I applied elsewhere instead.

Did anyone attend the financial aid webinar on, was it Thursday? Do you know if it is recorded so that we can listen to it at our convenience?

I didn't even know there was a webinar... I know there was one back in November and they said they'd archive it on the website so i'm sure the same would apply.

It's a generic email sent to every applicant. Basically complete your financial aid applications.

I got an email to. It said they are in the final stage of reviewing applications and expect to have admission decisions released the first week of March!
